Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to collectors worldwide. International orders are sent via tracked international post. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing, which can occasionally cause delays outside of our control. Please note that buyers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.
How do you package the items to ensure they aren't damaged?
As collectors ourselves, we know how critical condition is. Every banknote and document is handled with archival-safe gloves and placed in a premium, PVC-free protective sleeve. We then secure the sleeve between thick, rigid cardboard layers before placing it inside a heavy-duty, weather-resistant mailer to prevent any bending, moisture damage, or rough handling during transit.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your order is dispatched with Australia Post, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this number on the Australia Post website to monitor your package’s journey right to your doorstep.

Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases or combined shipping?

An item I want is marked as "Sold Out." Will you restock it?
Because we deal in rare, historical, and unique archival pieces, many of our items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be easily restocked. However, we constantly source new material for our inventory.
